Our Talc Filler Masterbatch is a mixture made of talc powder, base resin (PP, PE, HD, HIPS, etc.) and various additives such as dispersant additives. Talc (Calcium and Magnesium Silicate) provides a convenient way to mix talc into thermoplastics without contamination by dust.

Act as Engineering Plastic modifying material. Optimal for transparent HDPE film.

Remarks:

Mostly for transparent HDPE film bag.
Add by 10-15%, film transparency is good enough; Add by 20%, film becomes slightly hazy; Add by 25%, film becomes more hazy.
Depend on requirement of film transparency, adjust adding ratio.
For other application such as ABS / PP..., talc masterbatch could be used as engineering plastic material.

White talc masterbatch (EPE / EPS foaming grade):

For purpose of EPE weight increase: add by 10-15%, designed for butane physical foam EPE, help with EPE sheet forming, keep EPE sheet stable, improve foam flatness/cell uniformity, prevent thin EPE sheet from cell and broken, environment-friendly, no need to use talcum powder and GMS (glyceryl monostearate ), keep GMS and nucleating agent uniform in EPE sheet to reduce EPE sheet surface greasy, achieve to add material automatically, enhance efficiency.
For purpose of EPE whitening: add by 0.8-1.2%, improve whiteness of EPE sheet, make EPE sheet seem more thick, plump, make colour and luster uniform to increase
If increase dosage of recycled materials, then production cost reduced.
