• Our Plastic Dehydration Additive is a functional masterbatch for eliminating the moisture in recycled PE, PP, etc for film blowing / casting, bottle blowing, sheet / pipe extrusion, injection moulding, vacuum forming, etc.

1. Recycled Polythene or Polypropylene often contains trace moisture, if not eliminated, the water bubbles will  appear on the products.
2. Just add 1-5% dehydration masterbatch,  simply mix with other materials, then produce products without drying process.
3. So-called user-friendly, efficiency-enhancer and energy-saver.

Guidelines:

• Check package, if damaged, then not use.
• Cheap grade: Use up within 8-15 hours after opening inner bag.
• Expensive grade: Use up within 24-120 hours after opening inner bag.
• Adding ratio: 1~5%.
• Mix with other materials wihtout heating-up.
• Recycled resin must keep surface dry before / during / after mixing process in blender.

Package & Storage:

• Handle carefully, not damage package.
• Store in ventilated, dry and cool place, keep out of sunlight and rain.
