• Our Anti-Blocking Agent is a masterbatch, which is added at low levels to provide optimized blocking performance without impacting the clarity of the film, and is an effective / sustainable way to reduce the problem of blocking in polymer films.

1. Anti-blocking of LLDPE / LDPE film.

Remarks:

• Dosage: 1-2%
• Carrier resin: LLDPE (virgin)
• Use masterbatch to achieve even mixing and even slipping.
• If use Oleamide or Erucamide (powder) directly, uneven mixing results in uneven slipping on film.
• High quality film (packing foods / garments) always requires slipping.
• Either film blowing or casting.
• Multi-layer film: inner layer uses slipping masterbatch.
• Ingredients in masterbatch are famous brands / grades in the world.
• Special formula / process required to produce slipping masterbatch with high and stable quality.
• Low and unstable quality result in shortcomings bellow:

1. Influence film transparency to unacceptable level.
2. Olemide / erucamide migrates to film surface (film feels oily), then hard to process heat sealing / colour printing,
