We supply and export oxidized PE wax (OPE).
Brief:
- Namely polyethylene with low molecular weight. Softening point (> 100? ), which is similar to polyethylene with high molecular weight; viscosity and rigidity for dissolving and melting are close to paraffine wax. Excellent lubricant and dispersant with stable chemical and electrical performance. Soluble in hydrocarbon polymer (aromatic).
- Oxidized polyethylene wax has molecular chain with hydroxy, therefore oxidized polyethylene wax has better compatibility with polar polymer. Excellent lubricant (internal and external) and dispersant for PVC.
Composition: Low molecular weight polyethylene with hydroxy and carboxy.
Application:
- Compatible with polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), ethylene-propylene rubber and butyl rubber. Improve fluidity of PE, PP and ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene); enhance mould release of polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) and polycarbonate (PC). Stronger internal lubrication in contrast with PVC and external lubricant. In addition, good for printing ink, paper, condensed masterbatch, photo/biodegradable masterbatch, mulching film, candle, paint, adhesive and cement.
- Rigid PVC (transparent and opaque), PVC moulding and tubing, PE/PVC material for cable and wire, softner material for spinning and weaving, car wax and leather.
Appearance: white powder with light yellow; Molecular weight: 3,000-4,000
